Special Orders – Yes, special orders are our specialty. We have a large selection of frames, fabrics and leathers. Dining and bedroom furniture can also be ordered in other finishes. Generally, special orders take 14 to 30 days.
Aside from manufacturing defects, all special orders are non-refundable.
Delivery – Yes, we offer expert delivery and setup in RI, MA and CT. Please contact us for a delivery quote if you are outside of Rhode Island. We can also arrange delivery to anywhere in the contiguous United States through in home delivery services.
Warranty - All furniture sold by Sal’s Furniture is backed by a 1-year manufacturers warranty against manufacturing defects. We do not guarantee the durability, color fastness, fade resistance or shrinkage of fabrics, vinyls or leather products. We do not assume responsibility for shade variations between samples and the final product due to the possibility of different dye lots. There are no warranties beyond those given by the manufacturer.
Payment - We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Personal checks are accepted with proper identification. we also offer 1 year no interest with monthly payment through GE Capital.
